Planning support at each stage of development
Initial Survey and Constraints
Initial surveys and pre-site feasibility reports identifying constraints in accordance with BS5837. Constraints plans are produced by the consultants who conducted the survey and provided in DWG and PDF formats.
Design feasibility and arboricultural input
We are on hand to provide proportionate arboricultural input during the design stage to test layouts against tree constraints and inform design decisions, ensuring the layout is arboriculturally acceptable before the AIA is commissioned.
Planning submission support
AIA / AMS
Arboricultural Impact Assessments (AIAs) and Method Statements (AMSs) prepared to support planning submissions and compliance, with Tree Protection Plans provided in DWG and PDF format.
Site monitoring and auditing
We provide Project Arboriculturalists to fulfil planning conditions and provide a written record of AMS compliance to be submitted to the LPA.
